Pet Sitter Application Form - I need a better name for it as it's more of a pre-application. I need possibly a bit more text up top telling them what they're applying for. There's no explanation of duties or responsibilities. Maybe the sentence on the bottom should be moved up here too. They should know all about what they're applying for before they fill out the form. I think we should also add a comments box in case they have any questions. This might prevent some phone calls.
